First Constituent Assembly of Pakistan was Dissolved By

The very first Constituent Assembly of Pakistan initiated at the time of Independence as in 1947. However, the first Constituent Assembly of Pakistan was dissolved by Governor General Malik Ghulam Muhammad on October 24, 1954. But, the startup session of the first constituent assembly of Pakistan held in the place of Karachi in August 1947. Mr. J.N. Mandal was elected as being the temporary chairman of Constituent Assembly of Pakistan. Moreover, Muhammad Ali Jinnah selected as the president of the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan on 11th August 1947. Therefore, it functioned as from the year 1947 to 1954. In addition, it was based on two major parties mentioning with the Muslim League and The Congress Party. But, on the total, there were around 69 members in the constituent assembly.

However, the concept of elections carried out as on the basis of separate electorates. Muslims had the majority of 60 members out of the total 79.
