There are 4 States in Pakistan

Pakistan is an Islamic state. Islam is the official state religion. Since 1947, the Muslims percentage has grown to the range of 85%. Pakistan is basically known as the federation that comprises four provinces namely as Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan.
