Islamabad High Court Lifted Ban On Government Institutions Recruitment
One of the recent bans has placed upon as on the recruitment of public servants. So as the launching of new developmental schemes by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). It struck down by the Islamabad High Court (IHC). This court verdict has been taken on 11th April 2018. Election Commission of Pakistan has been on the whole imposing a ban on the recruitment. They are also performing the similar act on the transfer of public servants in federal, provincial plus the local government institutions. On the contrary, the petition filed as in opposition to the decision in the IHC. They simply called it to be illegal. The ECP as per according to the election act can merely issue this notification just when the election schedule has been out. In this way, no Minister will be influencing the polls.
