Ravi is the transboundary river of Pakistan and India. It connects both countries India and Pakistan. However, it originates from the CHAMBA district, India. The water of the river stores to India under Indus water treaty. So,  “RIVER OF LAHORE” is the other name of River Ravi. Later on, River changes its course. It is located on the western bank of river Ravi.

However, on the western side of Ravi Shahdara Bagh with the tomb of Jahangir and tomb of Noor Jahan is located. Unfortunately, Ravi is teeming with garbage and full of trash.
