In 1947, the first chief minister of KPK Pakistan was Khan Abdul Qayyum khan. He took office on 23 August 1947 till 23 April 1953. After the era of Khan abdul qayyum khan, the era of sir abdul rasheed khan started. It was the second session. Third session was maulana mufti mahmood with the 1st may 1972 till 12 Feb 1973. These are first three chief minister of KPK Pakistan. These chief minister have pioneer role with respect to the developments in KPK province.
