Satpara Lake is a lake located in the Gilgit-Baltistan territory of Pakistan, in the Skardu District. Skardu is the capital of the Baltistan division and the largest town in the region. Satpara Lake is located about 10 kilometers (6 miles) from Skardu and is a popular tourist destination. The lake is fed by the Satpara Stream and is surrounded by the Karakoram mountain range. It is used for irrigation and hydroelectric power generation, and is also a popular spot for boating and fishing.
