Answer:  The output received on the display screen is called softcopy. The output in the form of audio or video is also softcopy. This kind data output is not tangible. It means that softcopy cannot be touched. The most popular and commonly used softcopy device is display screen and speaker. Whereas a document saved into the hard-disk or memory card or a USB is called as softcopy while a document in printout on a page is called as hard copy.
