They are unique and are one of the most beautiful wild animals of Pakistan. They are much found in the regions of Northern Areas of Pakistan as most especially in the Chitral, as well as Ghizar and Hunza regions. You can even found then in the Western woodlands of Afghanistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir. There are around the amount of 2000 – 4000 Markhor in the wild category timeline.
